Thank you for enrolling in School of Rock's Pop Star Divas
and Boy Bands. We are located at 12001 Shelbyville Road in Middletown. Guitarist
campers are encouraged to bring their own guitars. If your camper is a
guitarist and doesn’t have a guitar, please let us know and we can provide one
for camp. Drummers their own sticks. All campers are encouraged to bring a water
bottle and a packed lunch to camp. Drop off is from 8:45 to 9 a.m. Pick up is
at 3 p.m. Parent sign-in and sign-out is required. If anyone other than a
parent is designated to bring or pick up your child, you must let us know on
our camp forms. If you have any special instructions, dietary restrictions,
allergies or any information we should know about your camper, please email us
at mscofield@schoolofrock.com. Please be sure to stop by our office within 2
weeks of enrolling and no later than June 19th to complete the enrollment
paperwork and emergency contact information. The minimum enrollment required
for the camp is 3 campers. School of Rock reserves the right to cancel in the
rare instance that we do not reach the minimum enrollment. Cancellations by
parents up to 14 days before camp begins will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the camp start date are nonrefundable.
